Event Photography

3-4 hours event on location

• Processing and retouching (approximately 3-4 hours)

• Online proofs
• 5x7 Print proofs may be requested at a price of $10 each (this fee is refunded when proofs are returned)
• 11x16 print (color, black and white, sepia, or metallic)
• 25-40 print spiral bound 5x7 book
• (additional prints available to order for additional cost)

Additional Time
$150/hour

Travel
First 20 miles (from studio) are included in package
Additional mileage is billed at the IRS rate (currently $0.58/mile)
Air travel negotiated by case
Hotel accommodations are negotiated by case and required beyond 100 miles
Travel Days - charged at per diem of $250

High Resolution Print Files
My work will only be perceived as good as the prints of my pictures; therefore, the prints that you purchase from me will be retouched and printed by only the best quality photo labs available to me as a professional photographer.  Most likely, you as the client will not have access to the same level of quality printing. Low resolution files for email and facebook are included with most packages. Digital delivery of full resolution files is available price negotiated by case and licensing requirements.

Albums
Due to the personal nature of album design, an album must be custom designed for each unique client.  This service is offered, and prices vary from $300 to $2000.

Framing
Framing service is provided by StyleCrest Framing.  Individual frames are custom designed and handmade using the best archival materials currently available.  These prices are negotiated per piece and are subject to change.
